A large UPS cargo plane has crashed and exploded while taking off from an airport in Louisville, Kentucky.

“Right now we believe we have at least three fatalities, though I believe that number is going to get larger. We have at least 11 injuries, some of them very significant," state governor Andy Beshear said.

Locations of six new average speed safety cameras confirmed

Locations for six new average speed safety cameras have been confirmed by the New Zealand Transport Agency. The new cameras calculate a vehicle’s average speed along a length of road.

It means drivers will be ticketed if their average speed between the two cameras is over the limit.
