The date of the first State of Origin clash to be held in New Zealand has been confirmed.
The Blues and Maroons will face off in Game Two of the series at Auckland's Eden Park on June 16, 2027.
It will be the first time the two rivals have played in New Zealand, with the event financially backed through the Government's Major Events Fund and Auckland Council Events.
Fans are now able to pre-register for tickets on the NRL website. They officially go on sale in November.
The event is expected to generate an economic boost of $17.4 million and bring more than 10,000 visiting Australian fans, Tourism and Hospitality Minister Louise Upston.
